Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a UX Researcher to sit in either Charlotte, NC or Lehi, UT. This individual will be responsible for developing research strategies during the redesign of the clients website.
Design and develop research strategies and plans based on business goals and problem statements
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using best fit methods for objectives and questions to be answered
Methods may include but are not limited to interviews, surveys, focus groups, user studies, usability tests, card sorts, and leveraging analytics or digital insights tools such Google Analytics and Fullstory
Analyze and synthesize research data to create actionable and digestible read-outs to stakeholders; create comprehensive reports and presentations
Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts as needed to drive inclusive and effective designs
Facilitate Co-Design Panels, bringing together users, stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to collaboratively shape the user experience and design solutions based on business needs, goals, and desired outcomes
Work with design and development teams to incorporate user feedback and research conclusions into designs and the product development process
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience with website UX research
- 1-2 years of experience in an eCommerce environment
- Bachelors Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Web Analytics experience
- Familiarity with UX design and prototyping tools and software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certification in UX or related field
- Experience with B2B Digital Experience/eCommerce portal
- Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related fields
- Experience working with Fullstory
