Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Coordinator for one of our largest financial clients. This client is a member of the fortune 50 and is one of the most successful banks in the world. Some of your key responsibilities will include creating and preparing data-driven reports, project trackers, presentations, and the like. You will be working and collaborating with a global team and will need to be flexible to differing workloads and schedules. You will need to be extremely data-driven and detail oriented in order to succeed and will be doing extensive follow up with high-level stakeholders. * Strong verbal & written communication skills with thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation principles
* High attention to detail, organization, and memory
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Technically proficient with experience in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams.
* Proven ability to quickly learn new systems/procedures and adapt to change
* Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
* Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
