We are looking to expand our team of Service Technicians to support Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). The service technician will visit client sites to performance UPS system maintenance repairs, battery maintenance, battery repairs, life cycle upgrades, and general troubleshooting. This role will include 50% travel which will be fully reimbursed including per diem and access to a company vehicle. Openings in Sacramento, San Jose, and Salt Lake City. Responsibilities include:
* Maintain, troubleshoot and repair UPS malfunctions and failures on site.
* Perform preventive maintenance on UPS and associated equipment.
* Perform all levels of maintenance on UPS and other power systems equipment including, but not limited to inspection PM's, battery tests and replacements, load banks, capacitor and fan replacements.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
Advise/make recommendations for repairs or improvements to UPS or related electrical equipment.
