Job Description: We are seeking an Office Shipping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with small office shipments and performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. The Office Generalist will be responsible for the following duties:
* Overseeing small office shipments, such as sorting and sending mail, and keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
* Maintaining files and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
* Welcoming visitors to your office and answering phone calls.
* Taking and delivering messages and scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
* Prepare and ship items via UPS/FedEx
* Packaging new test products and reward prizes to clients and individual consumers
