* 1 Year of Customer Service experience.
o Or 1 year of Technical Experience or Medical Experience
* Excellent communication skills -- both verbal & written
* Attention to detail and multitasking skills due to the nature of the call center
* Experience within technical/customer support
* Experience troubleshooting browser or application issues
