Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls

* Troubleshooting Client issues

* Accurate documentation of how issues were resolved

* Proper escalation of complex tickets

* Operates a personal computer, mainframe, software packages and front-end programs related to AdvancedMD software.



D2D:

One of Insight Global Clients is looking for a few Customer Service Representatives to come join their team in the in the Salt Lake City Metro area. This individual will be expected to take in 15-18 inbound calls from healthcare front office personnel to support and troubleshoot medical billing and claims applications. They additionally be responsible for working off a ticketing system to queue calls, training the software workflows, troubleshooting browser and application issues. This individual will be provided in-depth paid training at the beginning of their employment to understand the in's and out's of the EMR software. The ideal candidate is someone with a bubbly personality who Is hardworking and is looking for a great entry level job to advance their career.

Required Skills & Experience

* 1 Year of Customer Service experience.

o Or 1 year of Technical Experience or Medical Experience

* Excellent communication skills -- both verbal & written

* Attention to detail and multitasking skills due to the nature of the call center

* Experience within technical/customer support

* Experience troubleshooting browser or application issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pluses:

* Medical billing experience

* "IT" experience in the form of helpdesk

* Previous call center experience

* Previous ticketing system experience (team uses NetSuite)

* Relevant certifications: CompTIA, A+, etc
