IT Experiences Project Coordinator

An employer in Spring, TX is seeking an IT Experiences Project Coordinator to join their team. He or she will be joining a Product Management team to help them to ultimately think of experiences from a IT Administrator point of view, how they can better support the product, etc. Currently, there is a gap on the team with overall engagmenet to external customers, which will be one area of focus for this Project Coordinator, included up to 7 different stakeholders at any given time. The Project Coordinator will also help run and maintain frameworks used by the organization's sales teams for external customer use. In addition, he or she will help the Product Managers with any tasks, help schedule various internal and external meetings, and must have good people skills to work with various teams in the organization and external customers.

4+ years of experience working in a Project Coordinator or similar role



Proficient in Microsoft Suite



Strong communication skills to communicate to both internal and external customers



Highly organized

Prior Product Managmenet experience



IT background - software, Technical PM, etc
