Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Test Lead to join our financial industry client's Quality Assurance team to direct several in-progress projects and programs simultaneously. Responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage test milestones and efficiencies for projects and programs while ensuring compliance
Work with project managers on timelines and analysis
Manage the test and user acceptance test phases to ensure teams are on track to hit stakeholder expectations
Attend project meetings to provide the QA input and expertise
Identify, communicate and mitigate test phase issues and risks
Provide updates to the project team regarding defect metrics, test phase progress, and overall status updates
Review all test outcomes, and analyzes project summaries and data points
Present production implementation of software releases and changes
Communicate effectively with analysts, project managers, developers, and leadership
Minimum Requirements
2 years of experience in a lead test analyst role
8 years of IT quality assurance/control related experience
Experience with test management tools like HP Quality Center and Quick Test Professional
Expert Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform testing on simultaneous projects
Large-scale project experience and ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business or related field
Experience supporting a financial institution
