Job Description

As a ServiceNow Engineer you will interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements for ITSM, ITOM and/or CSM solutions along with our Business Analysts.

o Customize ServiceNow applications and configuring integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applications

o Integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud

o Working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems. REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.) Scoped Applications Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, PowerShell scripting). Experience with Web technologies (SOAP, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and Web Services)

o Knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog U.I, Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Workflow Management, Orchestration, etc.

o Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes

o Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation

Required Skills & Experience

-MUST HAVE 10 YEARS SERVICENOW EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTED ON RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED

-Must have experience in no fewer than 3 current ServiceNow Modules

- Extensive Integration experience*

- Scripted rest APIs*

- Orchestration*

-Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, ServiceNow, and strong developer coding experience

-Fluent understanding of the entire Microsoft Server ecosystem of applications- primarily Microsoft Windows Server technologies (including Hyper-V)

-Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills are required

-Ability to work independently with minimal direction

-Ability to work overtime required on occasion
