* Closely work with different cross-functional IT and business teams to identify project risks, issues, blockers, and come up with plan to remediate those blockers
* Facilitate many meetings and capture solid notes, action items, and next steps
* Strong technical background
* Strong MS Project skill
* Can do attitude and self-organization skills to stay on top of all emails and project activities
* Quick learner and work well under pressure
* Rally, Jira, Confluence, Clarity Tool experience
* Experience in infrastructure or telecom/call center technology projects
* Experience managing any Cloud project (i.e., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure)
* PMP certification
