Job Description
Utilitzes Salesforce programming to include custom user Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components. Develops Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. Uses Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator. Performs Salesforce Integration. Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization. Integrates and maintains business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign. Collaborates with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business. Adheres to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development. And tasks of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codes.
Uses DevOps tools such as Copado. Resolves challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently. Remains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices. Creates and executes unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data. Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential. 3 days onsite 2 days remote.
Minimum Requirements
4+ Years Experience with Salesforce Lightening development
Heavy experience in Service Cloud
Implementation/Greenfield experience
4+ Years SQL experience
