A client of Insight Global, headquartered in Plano, Texas, is looking to hire a Security Supervisor full time that will secure the premises and personnel by patrolling property and other access points. This person will elevate risks in accordance to company policy and complete incident reports as required. The Security Supervisor will mostly be transporting essential executives to meetings and the office, etc. This will be the most important task for the role and they are wanting this person to be experience in defensive driving. This individual would be driving an average of 5-10 hours a week within Plano. The rest of the 40 hours of this role would be around the office as a security presence for the office and/or aid in any other areas they can help improve. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate and Operations.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Drive key personnel in a safe, timely manner
- Assume responsibility for the security of designated areas for both personnel and Visitors.
- Mapping out driving routes to ensure a timely arrival.
- Inspect and patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
- Classify and identify potential security risks and elevate accordingly.
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for any security incidents and according to company policy.
- Respond to incidents within designated areas and according to policy/legal regulations.
- Support employees and visitors with any concerns they might have
- Performs other related responsibilities and duties as assigned.

- 5+ years of experience in personnel security experience
o Background could be anything law enforcement, military, and/or security related.
- Tactical and/or evasive driving skills
- Ability to stay calm and respond quickly in stressful situations.
- Ability to successfully pass a full background, drug, alcohol, employer, and driving history check.
