An employer is looking for a Digital Content Analyst to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate new content and leverage the client's new content tools to determine their efficiency and operational processes. You will pull new content/ data through the menu publishing tool and national menu to ensure their functionality is accurate. You will document these results along with user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development teams on how to improve/ modify these tools. You will also produce content needed for these new tools and work with the integration team to implement these tools.
3+ years experience in a digital content management role
Ecommerce experience
Jira/ Confluence experience
Strong MS Office skills
Marketing/ digital background, experience creating, modifying and manipulating digital content
