Job Description

Bank of America is looking to grow their Mobile ATM Financial Center technology team in Plano TX. In this role you will be responsible for testing in the ATM space. You will work side by side with development business and other QA professionals to determine optimal test coverage to ensure high quality software is delivered to our customers. You will be responsible for planning executing and managing the testing effort for projects in support of our ATM business. You will be expected to learn the business and technical components to appropriately communicate risk and status to senior management. Work with your peers across the organization to drive test efficiencies improve frameworks and enhance our testing process. Grow your career in our dynamic fast-paced and diverse environment.

Required Skills:
  • 3 years of software testing experience
  • Understanding of the software development process and QA life cycle including test preparation data conditioning test case design execution defect tracking and status reporting.
  • Create and execute SQL to analyze test results
  • Must be willing and able to express new ideas concerns and opinions directly to wider team in team meetings face-to-face and via remote-working tools.
  • Team focused behavior and an ability to communicate issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions that will move the work forward despite challenges.
  • Adaptive flexible and comfortable working in a matrix environment.

    Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of Agile and the tester's role in the process.
  • Experience with low level request/response testing is a plus.
  • On-site hardware testing experience in a lab environment - or any type of hands-on device testing.
  • Test automation experience
