An insurance client of Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their IT Operations team. This person would be responsible for general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications, including new development. CMDB, ITSM, Asset Management and Portfolio Management are key responsibilities within this role. They are currently in a Hybrid environment and will be implementing ServiceNow and moving fully to the cloud. Their priority is to successfully implement ServiceNow into the environment, configure, create and improve custom applications, and work with end users to resolve issues. This person is required to work on-site in League City, TX on a hybrid schedule Mon-Wed in the office and Thurs-Fri remotely.
3+ years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment, as a developer or high-level administrator
Strong ITSM and Asset Management skills (CMDB)
Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, workflows, and tools to create forms and reports
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or comparable
Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
