Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite in a fast-paced, high-growth defense technology startup. This individual will serve as a trusted operational partner, helping drive key initiatives, manage project workflows, and ensure critical action items move forward across the organization. While some executive support responsibilities will be required, the role is heavily focused on project coordination, communications, and back-office operational support utilizing tools such as Asana, Claude, and other productivity platforms. This position is fully onsite in Austin, Texas and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a mission-driven organization building advanced defense capabilities. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, adaptability, strong written communication skills, and a willingness to wear multiple hats as the company continues to scale.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of Executive Support experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive action items to completion.
- Proficiency in Asana.
- Strong written communication skills.
- AI productivity tool experience (Claude or similar platforms).
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute with minimal direction and operate in ambiguous environments.
- Working effectively with Executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency.
