Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join a large healthcare organization. This role will sit within the Analytics & Behavioral Change organization, supporting their PBM and Specialty Pharma business.
The engineer will join a strategic initiative focused on Agent IQ, an enterprise GenAI platform designed to automate and augment key healthcare workflows through intelligent, agent-based experiences. Agent IQ supports use cases across pharmacy appeals, network operations, fraud detection, operational decision support, and other critical business functions.
The fullstack engineer will play a key role in deveoping the UI of the conversational chat features in AgentIQ. Proficiency in React is required for front end development and proficiency in Python, SQL, and FastAPI is required for back-end development. The application is hosted on GCP - any cloud experience is sufficient though GCP is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in React for front-end UI development
- Proficient in Python and SQL query writing
- Experience with FastAPI
- Experience working with Google Cloud GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to go onsite 1 day in Irving, TX
- Experience with data analytics projects and analytics feature development highly preferred
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI development
- Experience building conversational chat UIs using React
- Domain exposure to healthcare, PBM, claims, or pharmacy benefits
