Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Property Manager for one of our commercial real estate clients. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large commercial property or portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent tenant service, strong financial performance, and efficient property operations.
The Property Manager will be responsible for financial management, lease administration, tenant relations, vendor management, building operations, capital improvements, and property maintenance. They will act as the primary point of contact for tenants while partnering with asset management, accounting, engineering, and leadership teams to maximize property performance and maintain a best-in-class tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property operations, maintenance activities, and overall building appearance
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, tenant collections, delinquency resolution, and lease compliance
• Review and approve invoices, expenses, tenant refunds, and capital project expenditures
• Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and monthly financial reporting
• Coordinate annual reconciliations, escalations, and lease-related financial requirements
• Administer lease obligations, tenant deposits, letters of credit, move-ins, move-outs, and lease amendments
• Manage tenant improvement and capital projects, including vendor selection, contract administration, budgeting, and project execution
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, building systems, janitorial services, and security operations
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure timely resolution of service requests
• Support leasing activities by participating in tenant tours, renewals, and occupancy planning
• Supervise and mentor property management staff, including performance management, coaching, and development
• Collaborate with accounting, asset management, engineering, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and tenant satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing day-to-day operations for commercial office properties
• Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and lease administration
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar commercial real estate accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) and capital projects, and strong tenant relations, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, building maintenance, and property operations
Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• RPA, CPM, or CCIM designation
• Real Estate License
• Experience with Angus Anywhere or similar tenant work order platforms
• Experience with Energy Star, LEED, BOMA 360, TOBY, or other building certifications
• Experience supervising property management support staff
• Experience supporting leasing and asset management activities
