Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients are looking for a Production Onboarding Specialist's to join their team. This role supports agents and internal teams by managing title production accounts, assisting with business application issues, and delivering user training and guidance. The individual responds to support requests through email, phone, and chat, resolves routine issues, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures inquiries are addressed within established service level agreements. They communicate complex information clearly, identify opportunities for process improvements, and escalate more advanced technical issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

Job Responsibilities:
-2+ years of professional experience
-Provide support to Agents, Sales, Client Strategies & Title Production in regards to the creation and maintenance of an Agent's title production account and experience.
-Provide basic support for business applications, including troubleshooting issues and guiding users through resolutions.
-Assist with standard user training and respond to frequently asked questions using existing documentation.
-Engage with Agents & internal employees via email, phone, and chat to log, track, and resolve basic support requests.
-Escalate more complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams as appropriate.
-Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base.
-Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues or opportunities for documentation updates
-Follows routine assignments in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to address standard problems.
-Evaluates and communicates complex information in a clear, concise manner
-Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns with department set SLAs.
-High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
