Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support digital transformation, organizational change, training, and capability-building initiatives across the enterprise. This role provides program coordination, administrative support, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, reporting, and documentation management for cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining program artifacts, coordinating activities across diverse stakeholders, and ensuring programs remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The Program Coordinator will work closely with program managers, program managers, instructional designers, change managers, and business subject matter experts in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role aligns with digital transformation programs and enterprise capability initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate program activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain program plans, schedules, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to support successful execution.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support program governance activities, including steering committee and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate training, communications, and readiness activities in partnership with instructional designers and change management resources.
• Manage program documentation, templates, and repositories in SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms.
• Assist with onboarding program team members and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support program budget tracking, resource coordination, and vendor administration activities as assigned.
• Compile and analyze program metrics, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and quality assurance activities for program deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business needs.
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog coordination, status tracking, and program administration activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of program coordination, program administration, program support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, business process improvement, technology implementation, training, or organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while staying productive, connected, and organized in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint and document management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative program delivery methodologies.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting program management, portfolio management, change management, or training initiatives.
• Experience using program management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Planner, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with organizational change management principles and training deployment activities.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred but not required.
