Job Description

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a Retirement Services team supporting clients with retirement account questions, transactions, and service requests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service while assisting clients with retirement planning products, account maintenance, and regulatory-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients regarding retirement accounts and retirement plan services
• Assist clients with account questions, transactions, distributions, account updates, and tax withholding elections
• Educate clients on retirement products, account features, and applicable regulations
• Research and resolve complex client inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access account information and document interactions
• Utilize strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills to resolve client concerns
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personalized service

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years’ Experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in finance
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, retirement services, or related industries preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate client concerns calmly and effectively
• Comfortable using Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with leadership potential

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting retirement accounts, brokerage services, or financial products
• Knowledge of IRA accounts, retirement plans, or investment services
• Demonstrated leadership experience or a desire to take on additional responsibilities
• Experience handling escalated customer concerns and complex service issues
