Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation and growth of a Procure-to-Pay platform within a rapidly growing construction organization. This individual will serve as the primary business-facing resource responsible for requirements gathering, process improvement, backlog management, vendor collaboration, and user support. The role will focus on optimizing the full procure-to-pay lifecycle while helping drive adoption of a new platform that integrates with the company's ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of business process expertise, ERP knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Long-term, this individual may have the opportunity to grow into ownership of the platform as a Program Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Business Analyst, ERP, or Process Improvement experience
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay lifecycle (requisition → PO → receiving → invoice → payment)
- Experience gathering requirements, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, COINS, Viewpoint, etc.)
- Ability to interface with executives, business users, and vendors
- Experience owning backlogs, triaging requests, and prioritizing enhancements
- Strong troubleshooting and business process improvement skills
- Comfortable working within Agile/Kanban environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Kojo experience
- Construction industry background or manufacturing experience
- Vendor management experience
- Lean / Six Sigma background
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, web technologies, certificates, and security concepts
- Change management and training experience
