Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assist with implementation and administration of HR/HQ and WorkMax platforms
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain personnel files and employee records
• Audit and clean up HR databases for accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll processing and related employee data management
• Generate HR reports and maintain required documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide day-to-day HR and payroll support to employees and management
• Assist with system implementation projects while balancing administrative responsibilities
• Collaborate with leadership and employees across two growing companies

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience supporting payroll functions in addition to HR functions
• Employee records management and personnel file maintenance
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
• Experience handling confidential employee information
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with HRIS, workforce management, or payroll systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred
• Experience implementing or supporting HR technology platforms
• Experience with HR/HQ, WorkMax, or similar systems
• HR database clean-up and data integrity projects
• Construction, field services, or multi-entity company experience
