Overview
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will partner closely with business leaders, application owners, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and security-related changes.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing change strategies, communications plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities that help organizations successfully navigate complex technology and process transformations.
This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who can operate comfortably across all levels of the organization, from end users to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies supporting IAM, cybersecurity, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and change readiness assessments.
• Draft and distribute end-user communications, executive updates, awareness campaigns, training materials, and adoption resources.
• Build user guides, job aids, FAQs, process documentation, and training materials to support new technology and process implementations.
• Coordinate and facilitate webinars, town halls, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Partner with business leaders, application owners, security teams, and project teams to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes.
• Gather and assess feedback from end users and stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Track change metrics and prepare executive-level reporting and monthly readouts on adoption progress and organizational impact.
• Support multiple concurrent initiatives across IAM and broader security programs.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Communications, or Change Leadership experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, security, IAM, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, access management, security awareness, or enterprise security initiatives.
• Strong background developing communication strategies, training programs, and organizational adoption plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including technical teams, business leaders, and executive leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communications and documentation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating executive presentations, reporting, and status updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working alongside consulting organizations or large enterprise transformation programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification.
Experience supporting workforce transformation and enterprise technology adoption programs.
