Job Description
• Elicit and document requirements using Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques to articulate business needs.
• Distinguish user requests from the underlying true requirements.
• Analyze and validate information gathered from multiple resources, reconcile conflicts and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Document current and future states using process map diagrams, cross-functional flowcharts and other supporting documentation.
• Support Quality Assurance by defining and executing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing and ensuring the solution satisfies requirements.
• Help with the adaption of AI within the SDLC process
• Troubleshoot project deployment and environmental issues; perform root cause analysis and drive to resolution.
• Evaluate current business processes and system capabilities, identify opportunities (process or systems) and analyze potential solutions to support business goals and objectives.
• Partner with and support various stakeholders to understand processes, systems, challenges and goals:
• Partner with the business to identify business needs, problems and opportunities.
• Partner with internal development resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and champion IT project processes and procedures using Agile best practices.
Pay rate - 50-55hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a BA
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with AI tolls for requirements gathering and to be able to create screen designs, mock ups, work flows, etc.
• Ability to show a strong apptitude toward the adaption of AI
• Ability to create user stories – This person wil be the liazion between the customers and the tech team so they need to be able to convery stories in language the developmer team understands
• Understanding/ability to test – need to be able to test when dev is done, will be doing manual testing and need to be able to understand test plans, test scripts, and the overall testing effort to deliver back to production
• High attention to detail with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
