Job Description

Our client is seeking a Deployment Project Manager to join their team in Spring, TX. The Deployment Project Manager will support a large-scale supply chain transformation initiative, ensuring operational readiness for deployment across services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams. This individual will serve as the bridge between business, operations, and IT teams, driving completion of deployment readiness activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring people, processes, and training plans are in place for a successful launch. They will coordinate deployment readiness activities for the services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams, ensuring all launch checklists, dependencies, risks, and milestones are completed prior to go-live. The PM will partner with internal and external supply chain stakeholders to drive process readiness, support training preparation and execution, and ensure both people and operational processes are successfully prepared for deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Management experience supporting large-scale business or supply chain initiatives.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, logistics, supply chain, and IT organizations.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including logistics, reverse logistics, inventory flows, and returns processes.

Proven ability to manage deployment readiness activities, launch checklists, and go-live planning.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

Experience with change management, training readiness, and end-user adoption initiatives
