Job Description
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager and in direct support of the Supply Chain Lead, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating equipment requests, dispatching assets to field locations, and supporting daily supply chain operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with vendors and field personnel, and enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team. This position includes an on-call rotation and requires flexibility to support operational needs outside of standard business hours.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with vendors, logistics, dispatching, equipment coordination, or administrative operations.
• Comfortable using technology, business applications, and tracking systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including data tracking and reporting.
• Equipment logistics, dispatch, rental equipment, or supply chain experience.
• Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Experience reviewing invoices and reconciling billing discrepancies.
• Experience utilizing asset tracking, inventory, or dispatch management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented culture.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service mindset.
Ability to communicate professionally while maintaining a collaborative and upbeat attitude.
