Job Description

he Product Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from ideation through release and adoption. This role partners closely with engineering, quality assurance, customer success, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute the product roadmap. The successful candidate will gather customer feedback through interviews and market engagement, analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex business needs into detailed acceptance criteria for development teams. Additionally, this individual will create wireframes and functional mockups to communicate product concepts, manage feature release schedules, support external product communications, and drive customer adoption of new functionality. The role requires strong experience working with agile methodologies, tools such as Jira, SQL, and business intelligence platforms, as well as a proven ability to transform unrefined ideas into scalable product solutions. Experience with APIs, integrations, and B2B SaaS products is essential, while logistics industry experience is considered a strong advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree

-5+ years of experience in product management role

-Experience working within agile frameworks

-Previous experience interacting directly with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

-Experience translating unrefined concepts into executable work.

Experience with UI/UX design writing storyboards
