$20 - $25 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Develop and maintain Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and operational documentation
• Work with site leadership to gather information for procedures and workflows
• Review operational processes and document step-by-step procedures
• Support planning and coordination efforts for maintenance and operational activities
• Conduct field walks to observe work and verify procedural accuracy
• Update and revise existing procedures as project requirements change
• Track document revisions and maintain procedural records
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and project leadership to ensure compliance with site standards
Assist with reporting and administrative support related to operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to learn technical processes and convert them into clear written procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work independently
