Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Service Project Manager to oversee service projects from estimating through completion while building strong customer relationships and supporting business development efforts. This role is a mix of project management, estimating, client relationship management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, meeting with clients, identifying new opportunities, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities:
Manage electrical service projects from estimating through closeout.
Prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets.
Conduct job walks and site visits to assess project opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Support business development efforts by generating leads and identifying new opportunities.
Work closely with customers to provide solutions and ensure project success.
Track labor, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Train, mentor, and support technicians and team members.
Maintain a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction or service.
Strong estimating experience.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience managing project budgets, labor, and schedules.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
