Job Description

The ACM will help keep projects organized and moving forward by supporting project documentation, coordinating with project teams, tracking project progress, and assisting with day-to-day project execution.

Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers with the execution of construction projects.
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist with document control and project tracking systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Help monitor project schedules and track key milestones.
• Assist with budget tracking and project reporting.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Learn company processes, systems, and project management tools.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC) preferred.
• Large commercial construction experience required; data center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction document management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with project teams.
