Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of active projects while helping establish and mature a growing PMO function. This role will oversee project tracking, scheduling, reporting, budget and PO management, stakeholder communications, and governance initiatives. A key responsibility will be driving the adoption and optimization of Monday.com, partnering with an external implementation vendor to define best practices, improve processes, and maximize platform value across the organization. Initially, the role will balance project delivery and PMO development, with a longer-term focus on governance, reporting, operational standards, and helping build the PMO structure as junior project managers are brought on to support day-to-day project coordination.

Required Skills & Experience
-7 years of Project Management experience
-Experience with Monday.com
-Experience with project tracking, reporting and scheduling
-Experience with vender management - onboarding vendors and treating them as internal resources and helping them run
-Data centers operations or infrastructure project experience
-Experience leading enterprise level global projects with global teams
-Experience managing budgets and tracking Purchase Orders tied to project resources, vendors and equipment.
-Self starter and very independent worker
