Job Description
A global title company is seeking a Copilot Systems Engineer to join their team to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Abacus, and other generative AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Cloud Services team, helping drive AI initiatives that improve employee productivity and business processes. Responsibilities include supporting Copilot deployments, developing AI-powered workflows and agents, managing AI licensing and provisioning, evaluating emerging technologies, and consulting with stakeholders to identify and implement impactful AI use cases. This person should be proactive, naturally curious, relationship-focused, and passionate about learning and applying new AI technologies. Seeking an annual salary of $80,000.

Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
1-2 years experience navigating and prompting AI, specifically Copilot, Claude, and Abacus
Understanding of LLMs and AI operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Any of the following certifications: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals, MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals
Background in technical support of Power Platform or SharePoint
