Job Description
The Informatics & Analytics Analyst will support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, healthcare reporting, and analytics initiatives across the organization. This individual will work with Snowflake data sources, SQL queries, and EMR/EHR data to create meaningful reports and visualizations for clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience working with healthcare data, building Power BI reports, querying data in Snowflake, and supporting report validation efforts. Athena or Epic experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
-3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, business intelligence, informatics, or a related healthcare data role.
-Experience working with EMR/EHR data (Athena preferred, Epic acceptable).
-Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
-Experience developing or supporting Power BI dashboards and reports.
-Strong SQL skills.
-Experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
-Strong Excel skills.
-Experience supporting stakeholder reporting requests.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-AthenaOne and Athena DataView experience.
