Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support and enhance cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This individual will play a key role in protecting industrial systems, manufacturing operations, connected technologies, networks, and critical business data. The ideal candidate will have experience securing industrial control systems, conducting risk assessments, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives within industrial, manufacturing, operational technology (OT), or critical infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, DCS, industrial networking, and common industrial communication protocols.
Experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security architecture reviews within operational environments.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, CIS Controls, or similar.
Experience supporting incident response and remediation efforts involving OT and enterprise environments.
Understanding of secure integration between operational technology, enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and remote access solutions.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance cybersecurity requirements with operational availability, safety, and business objectives.
GICSP Certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with OT asset discovery, network segmentation, industrial monitoring platforms, or cyber-physical security solutions.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, Security+, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent.
Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.
