Our client is seeking a highly hands-on Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative focused on AI-enabled employee and candidate experience solutions. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption across a global workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing change activities, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying, and mitigating resistance, and ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies. This role requires someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working directly with leaders, managers, and end users to drive behavioral change in a complex and evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10+ years of hands-on Change Management experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success driving adoption and behavioral change for large-scale technology, digital transformation, HR transformation, or AI-enabled initiatives
• Experience developing and executing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, readiness activities, and adoption strategies
• Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate organizational resistance and change risks
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing leaders and cross-functional teams at multiple levels of the organization
• Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and global stakeholder groups
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex business and technology changes into clear, actionable messages for impacted audiences
• Self-starter who can execute independently while partnering closely with project and business leadership teams
• Experience supporting HR modernization, employee experience, talent acquisition, or workforce transformation initiatives
