Job Description
Support project teams with cost estimating and budgeting activities throughout project execution.
Assist with preparing estimates for change orders, design changes, and additional scope.
Help track project costs and support forecasting efforts.
Review project progress, quantities, and productivity data to identify cost impacts.
Support value engineering exercises and evaluate alternative construction approaches.
Assist with cost comparisons, benchmarking, and estimate reviews.
Help maintain project cost reports, logs, and estimating documentation.
Work with field teams, project managers, engineers, and finance partners to understand project performance.
Participate in project meetings and communicate cost-related updates.
Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop a strong understanding of construction costs across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
Support the preparation of information for project reviews, forecasts, and leadership presentations.

Required Skills & Experience
1–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, project controls, estimating, scheduling, project engineering, or related disciplines.
Understanding of construction projects and how work is planned, executed, and tracked.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in cost estimating, forecasting, budgeting, and project performance analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, Procore, SAP, EcoSys, or similar project tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to estimating, scheduling, project controls, or cost tracking.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, semiconductor, battery, data center, or large commercial construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
