Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Partner to support hiring across Build Operations and Design-Build functions. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to business leaders and hiring managers while managing candidates through the interview process, including sourcing.
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering directly with operational leaders, conducting recruiter screens, managing interview coordination, and helping drive hiring decisions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
• Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Conduct recruiter screens and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines for construction, operations, project management, engineering support, and business-related roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to hiring teams.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 10+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, field operations, design-build, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong interviewing and screening experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
