Job Description
This position will serve a large healthcare client as an in-house Genesys Cloud CX Subject Matter Expert, supporting a critical contact center migration initiative. The role is responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting the Genesys Cloud platform, including ACD routing, IVR/Architect flows, queue management, skills-based routing, workforce management, quality management, APIs, integrations, and platform administration. This individual will also support telecommunications infrastructure by troubleshooting voice and data systems, providing technical consultation, and helping establish technology standards and best practices. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience, experience integrating with Epic EMR, and a strong background supporting enterprise telecommunications environments, preferably within healthcare.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of telecommunications experience.
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Expert-Level Genesys Cloud CX Experience.
-Hands-on experience configuring ACD routing, IVR/Architect flows, Queues, skills-based routing, and platform administration.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with Epic EMR.
-BA/BS degree.
-Relevant IT certifications.
