Title Operations Manager - CO/ NM

Location: Remote (Must work Mountain Standard Time hours)
Territory: Colorado, with future oversight of New Mexico
We are seeking an experienced Title Operations Manager to lead title production operations for the Colorado market. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily workflow, assigning production volumes, monitoring turnaround times, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality title products.
This role will serve as a key liaison between U.S.-based and global production teams, driving operational efficiency, quality control, and adherence to service level expectations. The Title Operations Manager will partner closely with Title Examiners, Underwriters, and other operational stakeholders to resolve title issues, optimize processes, and support transaction timelines.
Additional responsibilities include managing team performance, balancing production workloads, ensuring compliance with company policies and underwriting guidelines, implementing process improvements, and supporting strategic operational initiatives. This position offers the opportunity for future expansion of responsibilities, including oversight of title operations in New Mexico.

• 8+ years of experience within the title insurance industry.
• Previous experience managing or supervising title production, title examination, title search, or title operations teams.
• Strong understanding of title insurance processes, title production workflows, and turnaround time management.
• Experience leading and developing remote or multi-location teams.
• Ability to effectively manage workload distribution, production priorities, and operational performance metrics.
• Proven experience monitoring productivity, quality standards, and service levels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and global teams.
• Experience partnering with Examining, Underwriting, and other operational groups to resolve title-related issues.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Experience overseeing title production operations within Colorado.
• Knowledge of New Mexico title practices and requirements.
• Experience working with offshore or global title production teams.
Experience using Resware.
