Job Description

We are seeking a Gas Scheduler / Commercial Operations Representative to support the daily scheduling and balancing of natural gas, NGL, and crude volumes across operated midstream assets. This role partners closely with producers, pipelines, field operations, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure timely nominations, system balancing, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily nominations and confirmations, system balancing, OBA management, allocation monitoring, operational coordination, reporting, forecasting, customer communication, month-end reconciliation support, and providing commercial and operational insights to maximize system efficiency and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

HS Diploma

4-7 years of gas scheduling experience

Knowledge of pipeline nominations, confirmations, allocations, and imbalance management

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with scheduling and operational systems such as EMK3, Cygnet, or similar platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree

Midstream industry experience

Scheduling experience in the Delaware, Permian, DJ, or Powder River basins, etc.
