Job Description

The Category Manager – Execution Coordinator plays a key role in driving execution, coordination, and continuous improvement across the Wells Category Teams. This position focuses on ensuring priorities are delivered on time, strengthening relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, improving visibility of performance, and helping teams work together efficiently. The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can build strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and accelerate execution across multiple teams and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Contracting, Procurement, or related fields preferred.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and meeting facilitation skills.
Action-oriented with a focus on speed, execution, and delivering commitments.
Comfortable influencing without authority and coordinating work across multiple groups.
Experience with supplier relationship management, performance reporting, or contracting activities is preferred.
Knowledge of GEP SMART, international contracting, or new-country operations is a plus.
Continuous improvement mindset and interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve business outcomes.
