Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Admixture Technician local to Beaumont, TX to join an oncology client. Some responsibilities of this candidate would include preparing medication orders by compounding or admixing medications under the supervision of a Physicians. They would start each day by prepping bags and admixing chemotherapy and immune therapy medications. They would verify patients' information and proper physician authorization. Check all orders for insurance approval before admixing. Calculate correct dosage volumes. Count controlled drugs weekly and updating records. Restock supplies as needed throughout the day.

Required Skills & Experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy technician certificate in Texas
• IV Certified
• 2 years of IV administration experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oncology background
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy, preferably from a hospital background
• Experience with Chemo patients
• Pharmacy retail experience
