Responsibilities
Support and optimize Epic Beacon and Epic Research applications across the organization.
Design, build, maintain, and validate oncology treatment plans and protocols.
Perform treatment build, protocol build, testing, validation, and workflow optimization activities.
Gather requirements from clinical, operational, and research stakeholders and translate them into Epic solutions.
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, and research teams to ensure workflows align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Participate in system testing, change management, documentation, and go-live support.
Assist with Epic Refuel and optimization initiatives focused on standardization and workflow improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Beacon Certification (Required).
Minimum 5–6 years of Epic analyst experience.
Experience supporting and building within Epic Beacon.
Strong experience with treatment plan build and protocol build.
Experience supporting Epic Research workflows and associated functionality.
Proven experience performing Epic build, testing, validation, and optimization activities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Ability to work onsite approximately 40% of the time in Dallas, TX.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification.
Experience supporting Epic Research and oncology-related initiatives.
Healthcare or oncology workflow knowledge.
Pharmacy experience or knowledge of pharmacy workflows.
Exposure to Optime, Anesthesia, or additional Epic clinical applications.
