Job Description
This individual will be responsible for driving daily mechanical construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is completed according to schedule and project requirements.
Day to day:
• Oversee all mechanical construction activities on-site from mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and project standards.
• Coordinate mechanical installations with electrical, structural, and civil teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
• 10–15+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Mechanical Construction Manager.
• Experience managing mechanical scopes on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, hydronic systems, chilled water systems, and overall mechanical construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams.
