Insight Global is seeking a Senior Field Staff Manager for a top engineering and infrastructure client. This candidate will lead surveying operations across complex, fast-paced datacenter construction projects. They will oversee multiple field crews and CAD technicians, ensuring precise layout, accurate as-built documentation, and seamless coordination with engineering and construction teams. This role requires a highly technical and hands-on leader who excels in construction calculations, survey control, and quality execution while thriving in a design-build environment with evolving project demands.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of survey management experience.
Strong proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
Extensive experience with construction staking, layout, and as-built surveys (heavy civil projects)
Experience performing and verifying construction calculations and coordinate geometry
Strong plan interpretation skills (civil, structural, utilities)
Proven leadership experience managing multiple survey crews and CAD technicians environments with frequent changes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or pursuing licensure
• Experience supporting datacenter construction projects
• Experience with high-precision layout and machine control workflows
Familiarity with advanced survey technologies
