Job Description
Why This Role
A leading global automotive brand is modernizing how its marketing technology ecosystem operates — and they're looking for a Martech Product Owner to sit at the center of that transformation. Today, the enterprise runs a fragmented landscape of nearly 19 separate Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems across its flagship and luxury brands, along with a wide range of tools, teams, and processes. Your mission: help consolidate that footprint, drive efficiency, and build a modern, connected martech stack that powers a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology — translating marketing needs into technical execution and bringing order to complexity.
What You'll Do
Own the product vision for key martech capabilities, serving as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Lead CDP and DAM consolidation efforts, driving DAM conversions and migrations to streamline a large, fragmented ecosystem into scalable, efficient platforms.
Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring martech investments connect data, content, and channels into a cohesive experience.
Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives across CDP, DAM, content supply chain, and web platform consolidation.
Drive stakeholder alignment and change management across marketing, analytics, product, and digital innovation to deliver transformation milestones.
Partner with vendors and agencies (system integrators, creative agencies) and help lead RFP planning and facilitation across internal and external partners.
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure adoption, performance, and business impact.
Support discovery around key priorities, including digital properties / content supply chain, web platform consolidation, and AI-driven content creation (including CAD image workflows).
