Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help stand up and drive delivery for new digital product moving from ideation into its MVP build phase. The product brings connected-device and chemistry-dispensing data together into actionable, department-level intelligence for large hospitality operators. It guides on-property teams — housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, and pool operations — by reading out of digital controllers and surfacing specific, prescriptive actions for staff to complete.
The product started life as a standalone application and is evolving into a container of several integrated applications that will sit on top of a larger application foundation. Having completed its early step — market research and voice-of-customer — the initiative is now at the point of building the MVP.
The Scrum Master will support 1–3 engineering teams through Agile ceremonies and delivery discipline, with the primary goal of getting a first MVP out the door in roughly 60–90 days.
