Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to support their client's team located in the Houston area. This individual will oversee fire sprinkler installation projects from inception through completion, serving as the primary point of contact between clients, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Their responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, labor resources, material procurement, site walkthroughs, and code compliance while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. While the immediate focus will be supporting a student housing on Texas A&M's University, this individual will contribute to multiple large-scale commercial projects as the company continues to expand its Houston presence. They will eventually oversee 4–15 concurrent projects and work closely with inspectors to navigate permitting and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5+ years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry
· Experience as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter, Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager
· Knowledge of fire sprinkler codes and regulatory requirements
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (4–15 active projects)
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and customers
· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with Service Trade or similar service scheduling software
· REP experience
· Previous commercial construction project experience
· Experience overseeing large-scale fire protection installations
