Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their Real Estate client in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day administrative duties within the office, including:
- Taking and routing calls, emails, and documents
- Greeting walk in guests
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Answering questions for tenants and potential buyers/sellers

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
- Experience within real estate or property management
- Valid drivers license and reliable POV, to assist with running keys to customers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Notary License
- Experience with rental properties
