Security Systems PM

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Security Systems PM to lead electronic security installation projects including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems. This role is responsible for managing project execution, financial performance, schedules, field teams, subcontractors, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction environments is required.

Responsibilities will include:
• Manage the workload distribution and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including but not limited to, the preparation of invoices, customer collections and periodic financial reporting to the customer and management.
• Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
• Create, develop, and implement account process improvement(s).

• At least 3+ years of true Project Management experience overseeing electronic security, low-voltage, or integrated security system installation project
o Minimum 5+ years of relevant telecom industry experience required
• Demonstrated experience managing access control and CCTV/VMS deployments, including platforms such as LenelS2, CCURE, AMAG, Genetec, Avigilon, or Milestone
• Strong background leading commercial construction security installations, including new construction, tenant improvement, campus expansion, data center, healthcare, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, change orders, risk management, and project profitability
• Experience serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating with stakeholders across security, facilities, IT, and construction teams
• Strong knowledge of security drawings, construction documents, commissioning, and project turnover processes
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and installation partners to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• At least a High School diploma or GED equivalency, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed
• Must be able to secure and maintain a Company sponsored American Express Card
